FAQ
WHAT IS GLASS FUSING?
Glass Fusing is the process of stacking multiple pieces of compatible glass together to make a design, then melting them together in a kiln. The fired result is a flat glass “tile” that, if desired, can be fired again (“slumped”) to take the shape of a 3D mold. The possibilities range from small simple projects to complex fine art, and everything in between.
All the present cards come with an envelope and are blank inside, they are sold in a cellophane slip and if they are to be posted, please use a padded jiffy bag / envelope.

HOW DO I HANG MY WALL ART?
Please use a minimum of 2 hooks / nails to hang your wall art – because of the design, the weight distribution is not uniform and these pieces are heavier than a normal picture. All pieces come with hanging string attached
Moisture and sunlight will not damage your wall art so feel free to hang it in a bathroom or where the sun can catch the glass and you can see it twinkle!
HOW DO I CLEAN MY WALL ART?
Cleaning – please use a soft paintbrush on the delicate areas (e.g. the wave ‘splashy bits’ or the shoals) that may otherwise get caught with a cleaning cloth

No, we can easily work from photographs of the location and send designs digitally or in the post with sample glass pieces.
DO YOU CHARGE VAT TO THE COSTS ?
